The Andrea Ingenito Contemporary Art gallery—founded in Naples in 2008—overlooks the centrally located Piazza dei Martiri, a long-standing hub for Naples’ most important galleries and a historic meeting place for international artists such as Keith Haring, Andy Warhol, and Joseph Beuys. In 2013, the gallery expanded with a second exhibition space in Milan—currently situated in an area teeming with major art galleries between Corso Buenos Aires and the Central Station—and in 2017, it became a member of ANGAMC (the National Association of Modern and Contemporary Art Galleries).
Through a wide range of activities—including institutional exhibitions, national and international art fairs, and publications—the gallery showcases both emerging and established artists, with a particular focus on the art movements of the 1960s and 1970s, featuring figures ranging from Robert Indiana and Andy Warhol to Mario Schifano and Giosetta Fioroni.
